CIPOD students have been involved as Student Tutors for various MPhil courses offered by the Centre. This initiative has been taken under the aegis of Equal Opportunity Office, JNU that works towards creating socially congenial atmosphere for the growth of healthy interpersonal relations among students from various social backgrounds. The EOO places particular emphasis assisting the SC/ST students to overcome problems relating to discrimination.
